UN-FiBCs for hazardous goods
The transport of hazardous goods on public roads is regulated by the GGVS/GGVE (Regulations for Transport of Hazardous Goods on Roads/Regulations for Transport of Hazardous Goods by Rail). According to this, containers which hazardous goods are transported in must be subjected to – and pass – prescribed test cycles. For Big Bags by FASSE nothing is easier.
Furthermore, legislators demand that the manufacturers of packaging for hazardous goods are audited by the BAM (Bundesanstalt für Materialprüfung; German Federal Agency for Material Testing) or TÜV-like testing centers. (TÜV: German Association for Technical Inspection) FASSE Industrietextilien has passed the tests for incoming goods inspection, manufacturing processes and employee qualification with flying colors as well as getting excellent marks for so-called destructive testing of packaging material.
